Rights to object against a data processing
Please consider the following concerning the objection rights: Should we process your data for purposes of direct marketing, you are entitled to object against that processing any time and without being required to name any reason. Purposes and legal basis of processing
The requirements of the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (“BDSG”) and any further legal norms applying are complied with concerning the processing of your personal data. The legal basis for data processing does especially originate from Art. 6 GDPR.
Being a Company specializing in industrial services, we process your data to initiate business relationships, to comply with legal and contractual obligations, to execute contracts, to offer products and services as well as to strengthen the customer-relationship, which may include analyses for marketing and direct marketing purposes.
Also your consent may constitute a legal basis for data processing. Upon signing up for our online seminars, you will be sent a link which you need to follow to participate. Our online seminars are realized with a partner, who may apply his own privacy policy in addition. Such privacy policy may be accessed through the online-seminar-portal itself. We have concluded the required data protection contracts with our partner for compliance with the GDPR. When signing up for an online seminar, you may also decide to opt-in to our newsletter. We allow to refer to the according section of our privacy policy in this regard.
Data recipients / categories of data recipients
Within our company we ensure that only persons requiring data to fulfil their contractual obligations are provided data for this purpose. Where data is transferred within our group of companies, such is executed in consideration of the applicable law, which does also apply for international data transfer.
In addition, our corporate departments are supported by external suppliers. Every supplier processing personal data (customers, employees, applicants) on our behalf, is bound by the required data protection contractual framework.
Transfer of data to third countries / intent to transfer data to third countries
A transfer of data to third countries (outside the European Union respectively the European Economic Area) is executed only if such is required for reasons of a contractual obligation, legally mandatory or in case you have provided you explicit consent. The data protection level is safeguarded by a corresponding privacy contract framework.

Safeguarding the required privacy level is safeguarded by e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses on Data Protection or further adequate warranties as per Art. 44ff. GDPR.
Transfer of data to third entities

Retention of personal data

Our website offers a contact form, which may be used to contact us electronically. Should you launch an inquiry via the contact form, we will process the data you enter into the contact form to contact you concerning your inquiry.
The principle of data minimization is complied with, as you are required to enter only the data objectively required to contacting you. Such is your name, email-address as well as your message.

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This services provides for the administration of website-tags by way of an administration surface. Tag manager is technically required as it directs the tags. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 I 1 f GDPR. The Google Tag Manager does solely implement Tags. Therefore, no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager does initiate further tags, which again may collect personal data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access such data. Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps (API), a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). We are using Google Maps through our service provider uberall.com to offer the functionality of a “Location finder”. Google Maps is a web-service to display interactive maps to visualize geographic information. We are embedding videos of “YouTube”, a platform of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland into our web presence. These videos are embedded using the extended privacy mode.
Embedding videos in extended privacy mode means, that no cookies are placed which would require your consent or for tracking your behavior as a user and to personalize the video playback. However, the extended privacy mode does solely affect the tracking of the users´ behavior, but not the presentation of ads or the loading of further third-party-content.
To protect your data, we are using the two-click-solution. All YouTube content is deactivated by default. A direct connection to the YouTube-servers will not be established before you activate YouTube yourself. In doing so, you consent into the transfer of e.g. your IP-Address, the referrer-URL (meaning the website from which you surfed our site) and browser data to YouTube and also into the placing of cookies within your browser. That data usually is transferred to an US-server and stored there.
You may renew your consent (as per Art. 6 I 1 a GDPR) into the download of each single video anytime.

Leadec BV & Co. KG maintains several presences on the “Social Media” to communicate with and make offers to their clients, interests and users, who are members to these networks.
